Orders and payment

• Unless stated otherwise, we require full payment for your order.

Self Collection and Delivery

• Self collection option can be selected at the checkout page.
• Delivery of orders can take up to 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) from confirmation of order.

Amendments, Refunds and Cancellations

• No refunds once orders have been confirmed.
• For amendments, please contact us, any amendments are subject to the availability of bakery and extra fees may be applicable.
• Any changes to your order requires at least three (3) business days' notice.
